Our Parental leave policy reflects the diversity of all families within TPG Telecom and provides a range of support for employees who are expecting.
At TPG Telecom, we understand that coming back to work after a significant period of leave can be challenging, and we want to ensure that you experience a seamless transition with the necessary support and financial stability.
Our eligible employees can access up to 22 weeks of paid parental leave (or paid leave up to 44 weeks half pay), as well as extra support for returning parents.
