Our Summer Internship Program offers penultimate and final-year university students eight weeks of paid work experience over the summer break. For three years running, this program has been recognised as one of the Top Intern Programs by The Australian Association of Graduate Employers, recently being ranked as number 13 in Australia.

How to apply

Submit your application including a CV and cover letter addressing essential criteria. Applications submitted without a tailored cover letter will not be considered. You must have Australian working rights and be available for the full duration of the internship to be eligible to apply.

Selection

After the closing date, your application will be reviewed against the selection criteria. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to undertake a psychometric assessment, a video introduction and an interview at RAA Head Office. If you’re successful, you’ll get a verbal offer followed by a formal contract. You’ll also be invited to come in for coffee to meet your team and the other interns at Head Office before you start.
