Indigenous recruitment partnerships
We are in the process of setting up further partnerships to have a panel of recruiters working with us to find great First Nations talent across Australia. We will share the names of these organisations once they are confirmed (expected August 2022). We have an existing partnership with IPA which will continue.

These partnerships ensure that Indigenous Employees receive support throughout the entire recruitment process – from writing and placing the job ad, to the selection process, and then once people start in their role and team with IAG.

Internships

CareerTrackers is a university internship program, where Indigenous university students receive a paid internship in corporate Australia during the university breaks.

Each year IAG welcomes CareerTrackers interns who work across different areas of our business, who are mentored and guided by our team leaders. The program allows students to gain exposure to a corporate working environment, where they learn transferable skills to help their transition into the workforce once they have finished their studies.
