Natalie Goldman, CEO

Natalie is an experienced business leader and has over 20 years of experience in business across numerous industries throughout APAC. Her focus has been in HR, Learning & Development and Organisational Development. In recent years, she set out to realise her passion for economically empowering women by starting her own business to assist female entrepreneurs. Natalie is driven by making a difference in this world and volunteers as a Living Fearlessly Leader at Global Sisters and sits on the board of the Women’s Indigenous Network. Natalie works flexibly full time and is the mother of 2 fun-loving kids.

Brett Pozniak, CTO

Brett has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry in Australia, where his focus has been on Project Management, Product Development and IT Operations. In 2001, Brett was a founding member of an organisation that developed the first Cloud provider of the hosted desktop in Australia to the SME market place. He is very passionate about the business he helped to create, as he took on the Project Director role whilst building and managing a team of project professionals who continued to supply best of breed implementation for the Cloud offerings. He has more recently committed his efforts into new Product Research and Development capability which enable him to provide best of breed technology advice to start ups and enterprise businesses.

Joel McInnes, Co-Founder

Joel is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader with 15 years of experience in investment banking and financial services. Most recently the Head of Equity Derivatives at Citigroup for Australia/NZ, he was previously the Founder and CEO of IIT Capital, a startup proprietary trading firm. In the rollout of IIT, he was responsible for all parts of the business from overall strategy, recruitment, structuring a shareholders' agreement to capital raising and investor relations. This experience gave Joel strong insights and a passion for the startup industry and he is looking forward to translating the skills learned in investment banking to help introduce disruptive innovation into the sharing economy.

Marko Njavro, Co-Founder

Marko brings 12 years of experience in Investment Banking with Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank in Sydney. Most recently he was in charge of Morgan Stanley’s Equity Trading Business for Australia. Marko holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Newcastle and a Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University. During his MBA studies he developed a keen interest in entrepreneurial projects with a social dimension.

Paula Billington, Head of Customer Success

Paula has 18+ years of experience bringing together technology and a delightful customer experience in both startups and large public companies. She has spent 8 years in Silicon Valley and is a seasoned SaaS Customer Success & Operations executive specialising in rapid growth environments. Paula is a proven change agent and experienced leader with a solid background in designing, scaling and deploying operational infrastructure and award winning customer experiences, as well as leading highly successful customer facing & operations teams. Paula is passionate about changing the current landscape of workplace expectations to support equality and flexibility for women.

Kate Beattie, Head of Marketing

Kate is an experienced Marketing and Human Resources professional with over 18 years’ experience across a broad range of industries in Australia, Asia Pacific and Europe. Kate is a passionate and active campaigner for diversity and inclusion in the workplace, with specific interests in gender diversity and advancing women in leadership, and emerging research and strategies to promote neurodiversity. Kate’s knowledge and experience in employer branding, talent community management and digital marketing underpins our own growth and development, but also that of our clients, with Kate providing advice and support through our consulting services.

Ariane Virtue, General Manager - NSW

Ariane is an innovative talent and leadership advisory expert with over twenty years of experience across a variety of industries in APAC, heading Talent & Leadership Risk advisory teams in top ASX listed companies, to deliver complex talent issues. She specialises in developing and executing talent strategies to optimise the causal link between talent acquisition and business strategy realisation through her extensive experience in executive search, M&A due diligence, succession planning and D&I management. Her passion is partnering with organisations who regard talent as their strategic focus to drive their strategic goals. Utilising her depth of knowledge & talent experience Ariane is constantly excited to be able to make a difference and aligning with the purpose of our organisation works flexibly.

Emma McEnery, Marketing Co-Ordinator

MARKETING COORDINATOR
Emma brings a myriad of different experiences to the role. She left a role as a team leader in the insurance industry over 9 years ago to build her family. Since, she has completed a Master’s in Education at UTS and has experience in being a site manager for Sydney Mums, a website dedicated to celebrating, informing and connecting Sydney mothers. Emma is an advocate of all good things, in particular celebrating women returning to work and forging careers that reflect a solid work/life balance. Emma has expertise and experience in curating and scheduling engaging social media content, writing, editing and publishing blogs, market researching and sourcing content. She loves listening to issues women are talking about and reading about adventures women are undertaking. Emma is passionate about social causes, especially societal changes that are challenging the status quo of the world, societal norms and traditional role stereotypes.

Jo Tunna, Business Development Manager

Jo brings extensive experience in strategy, business development and international growth. Having worked with emerging start-ups through to established companies, Jo understands the real world challenges of growing a business. Most recently, Jo guided a portfolio of leading New Zealand exporters to strengthen and grow their businesses domestically and offshore. She is passionate about delivering on point products to market, responsible business and social enterprise. As a mum, Jo is an advocate of flexible working and is committed to helping create a future where workplace gender equality is the norm.

Rachel MacDonald, General Manager - VIC, TAS & NZ

Rachel started her recruitment career at the start of the millennium, in the agency world back in New Zealand. Since then she has worked across all spectrums of the industry from in-house talent teams to job-board and online social recruitment both here, in Australia and London. With two young girls, Rachel was determined to show them that you can be an active mother and still build on your career, so when FlexCareers came into her life, she was excited to not only be a strong role-model for her girls but to help shape a strong diverse workforce for Australia's future.

Rhonda Brighton-Hall, Chairperson

Rhonda is recognised as one of Australia’s foremost experts in human resources and specifically in leadership, diversity and work design. Her fundamental belief is that inclusion and good leadership are not only the foundation stones of good people practices in organisations, but equally of more equitable and prosperous economies and communities. A former HR Leader of the Year and Telstra Business Woman of the Year, Rhonda’s career and experience have spanned senior roles in four large multi-nationals (including BHP, Sara Lee, Luxottica and CBA), across four continents (Europe, Asia, USA and Australia). And she is a mum.
