Our People

Our global scale and diversity of operations is something we are proud to have represented in our people. We recognise that there,s no one personality type that makes a Fisher & Paykel "fit". Take a look below and find out directly from our people what it means to work for F&P.

Matt Watson

National Training Manager, Sales, Auckland, NZ

I love the way Fisher & Paykel supports its people so that you can advance within the company. I started off doing my electrical apprenticeship straight out of school then went on to be a Service Technician, then a Technical Representative, from this technical side I moved into the sales team as an Area Sales Manager and now I am enjoying my new role as National Training Manager in the Sales Team.

David Baker

Site Services Manager, Auckland, NZ

Facilities and Site services management is about dealing with peoples needs and the environment that they work in, ensuring that both work together to enable staff to effectively perform their roles in a safe and comfortable workplace. Driving to work with a mapped out plan for the day doesn't always work out, phone calls about air-conditioning not working or water leaks that have popped up over night are waiting on the computer screen when you log on.

Marco Braida

Product Development Engineer, Auckland. NZ

One thing I like about my job at F&P is the friendly environment and the technical know-how of the people that I work with. Every day there's a new challenge and something new to discover through tests and simulations. As a team, we share our findings and in this way we can build our knowledge for best practice for our coming projects.
