Esther

In July 2017, Esther successfully completed a swim across the English Channel in 11 hours and 47 minutes. 

To incorporate the high level of training required into her working life, Esther worked flexibly, often arriving after her morning swim.

"It wasn't uncommon for me to leave the office early, go home for a run or a swim and then do some work after dinner. In our team, it's about output and not hours in the office".
