"I joined DuluxGroup in July 2009 on a part time basis in the Cabot's business while finishing my last semester at the University of Melbourne. It was a fantastic entry into the marketing function and hardware industry.

As part of the DuluxGroup Graduate program I moved throughout the Dulux Retail Marketing team and have spent time working for the Dulux New Zealand business as Dulux Trade Brand Manager.

It was a good opportunity to experience a new country with very different market dynamics. After returning to Australia, I took on a marketing Brand Manager role and subsequently entered in to a Commercial Sales Management role.
