Since returning to work 4 days a week, I make the most of Deloitte Flex, by working from home when my client responsibilities permit, and adjusting my start/finish times to accommodate day care drop offs and pickups. I relish the quality time with my son on my day off, but I also love the mental stimulation that comes with helping clients to solve exciting problems.
