Deloitte has a real family culture and sense of care, which has played an important role for me personally as it has always stepped in and provided me with the security to be present for my family but still make a valuable contribution to my team and clients.

To me this is incredibly significant as a working mum who feels that personal and professional moments that matter should not be compromised.

I joined Deloitte having spent 12 years with another company and made the decision to not return to them from parental leave. I knew it would be a huge change joining a company I had never worked in previously, especially with 3 children under 3 and a half. There was no question around the flexibility I required for that period in my life and the contribution I could make.
