Flexibility at BTIM
The BTIM Group continues to offer policies and practices that are designed to encourage and support flexible work arrangements and foster work-life balance, whatever the employee’s stage of life. Policies and practices in use across the Group include:
- working from home
- part-time work
- compressed working hours
- purchased leave (of up to four weeks per year)
- paid parental leave (over and above legislative entitlements)
- continuation of certain benefits including superannuation during unpaid parental leave
- timeout and career break, and
- job sharing.
