Risk Management – protecting our business and reputation

As part of the Risk Management team you’ll help ensure Bankwest has the right processes in place to protect the business and our customers while making decisions that balance risk, return and growth.

Here are some featured roles

  • Risk Analyst - you’ll provide a range of support including analysis, model development or provision, product performance and operational reporting
  • Risk Executive - you’ll ensure authorised frameworks and systems are effectively used to achieve optimum outcomes
  • Manager Business Credit Operations - you’ll use sound judgment in the exercise of your Personal Credit Approval Authority (PCAA) or in making recommendations to higher level PCAA holders

Products & Marketing – giving our customers what they need

We are responsible for and oversee all product, marketing and pricing decisions across Bankwest and are custodians of our brand.

We use key customer insights to assist the design, build, and marketing of products that meet the needs of both our business and retail target customer segments.

  • Customer Insights & Analytics Manager - responsible for managing and developing timely data and analytics on key performance indicators
  • Brand Manager - supports the delivery of the brand communication and marketing strategies that achieve brand growth

Communications – keeping our business focused

The Communications team is responsible for managing our communications in a strategic and coordinated way to ensure our colleagues are informed, engaged and feel recognised.

Human Resources – bringing the right people into Bankwest
